Co-UDlabs Hackathon 2023

06 Sep 2023 10:00 - 12:00 (CEST)
Online Event

Welcome to the Co-UDlabs 2023!

Co-UDlabs is a collaborative INFRAIA project which pools 17 research facilities from 7 European countries together. Alongside joint research and networking activities, Co-UDlabs also offers free-of-charge access to its research infrastructure to multi-disciplinary user-groups through its Transnational Access (TA) programme.

The 2nd call for proposals opened on July 3 and will be open until October 6. This Hackathon session is designed to be the perfect stage to test and streamline early ideas that user-groups may have already developed, collecting feedback directly from the managers of the facility you have chosen to implement your research project before applying to the call.

Participating in the Hackathon is easy. You can just follow these few steps:

  1. Register on the MyDeltares by clicking on 'Log in' (top right corner) and then ‘Create a MyDeltares account’.
  2. Visit the Hackathon page to register by putting the session in the ‘Cart’.
  3. Go to your Cart and finalise the registration process.
  4. Download the PPT template for your short presentation
  5. Share the presentation with contact@co-udlabs.eu by September 5, 2023 (the day before the Hackathon will be enough!)

If you want to know more about your facility of choice you can very easily get in touch with the providers of our installations via the Facility Contact Form. You can visit our Ideas Marketplace to either publish your early thoughts and concepts or seek partnerships and more team members among those that already submitted their ideas.

The most voted presentation at the Hackathon will be awarded an early visit at their Co-UDlabs facility of choice to improve their proposals. You can find all the details about the TA call, our research facilities, and all the documentation and templates required to apply on our website.
